Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch! Wunderschöner Blick auf den Yachthafen, Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch der wirklich schöne Strand ist nur etwa 5–6 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders toll sind die zwei Balkone. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und zwei Badezimmer machen die Wohnung auch für mehrere Personen sehr komfortabel. Auf der gemeinschaftlichen Dachterrasse gibt es außerdem die Möglichkeit zu grillen, die wir allerdings selbst nicht genutzt haben.
Michel war als Ansprechpartner einfach großartig – sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.
Eigentlich gibt es an der Wohnung selbst nichts auszusetzen. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurde allerdings am Nachbargebäude gebaut, was den schönen Ausblick etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Dafür können die Gastgeber natürlich nichts.

Semplicemente perfetto! Entrando in questo appartamento siamo stati rapiti dalla bellissima vista sul mare essendo di fronte al porto di Marina di Ragusa. Michele ci ha accolti benissimo e ci ha fatto trovare deliziosi dolcetti e una bottiglia di vino di benvenuto. L'appartamento è nuovo e luminoso, i due balconi fanno godere in modo eccezionale della visita sul mare e c'è tutto il necessario per soggiornare anche per lunghi periodi. Tutto è funzionale e pratico, inoltre avere a disposizione due bagni e un parcheggio privato è sicuramente un punto di eccellenza della struttura. Il terrazzo privato al piano superiore è molto bello con una veduta stupenda sul porticciolo. Grazie Michele per aver reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile!

דירה נקיה מאד, מאובזרת היטב ומרווחת.
חלונות גדולים עם יציאה נוחה למרפסות המאובזרות בריהוט גן ובמתקן ל BBQ.
בעל המקום נחמד מאד, בבוקר ההגעה תקשר איתי ישירות בווטסאפ וכך לאורך כל השהות, נענה לכל בקשה.
בקרבת הדירה ולאורך הטיילת יש בתי קפה, מסעדות וחופי רחצה
