Exceptional apartment in the heart of Ksamil that I have no hesitation recommending to others. The owner, who built the block with his family, is very kind and helps with anything you need.
The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need should you want to cook at home. All the facilities are modern and a very high standard, with comfy beds and crisp white sheets. The air conditioning is also very good (a must for the Albanian summer!) and the apartment keeps cool even when it is off. There is also a large wrap around balcony and towels provided for the apartment and by the pool. The pool is also excellent - again, very clean water and surrounding area and just the right temperature for cooling off without the water being too cold.
Lots of nice touches also during our 1 week stay such as a mid week clean/ refresh of towels and toilet roll, etc.
For our family the location was ideal - 5 minute walk from the heart of Ksamil but without any noise. The town itself is also fantastic- beautiful beaches, yummy restaurants and all at a good price. Supermarkets are also less than a 5 minute walk.
There is also parking on site if you need it
Overall, if you are looking for a high end, large apartment with all the facilities you need, book this home!!

The property was clean and very well looked after. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a family of six. The cleaners were spot on, and having the property and towels changed halfway through our stay was a lovely touch.
The pool was nice but a little small for the size of the property, and at times it felt a bit intimidating having to share it with others.

The pool was peaceful and we always had it to ourselves. It’s a great location to get to everything but not in the thick of all the bars and parties. Works for families & couples and friends as it’s a versatile space. The owners are very attentive and want to ensure everyone is happy. You get home grown vegetables every day from the mum of the owner which we loved!
Nothing, it was all good. Perhaps a toaster might be handy!
