Gemütlich ausreichend

Für 2 Personen war diese Unterkunft wirklich ausreichend. Es gab alles was man zu zweit für die paar Tage braucht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gemütlich. Das Sofa konnte man ausziehen um zu zweit nebeneinander zu sitzen. Zum Strand und auch zur Fußgängerzone (Bäckereien) ist es ein Katzensprung. Vielleicht könnte man einen anderen Standort für den Fernseher finden. Wir hatten dauerhaft die Balkontür geöffnet (Das einzige Fenster zum Öffnen). Wenn man dann doch mal Fernseh vom gegenüber liegenden Bett schauen möchte, hat man immer die Balkontür vor dem Fernseher. Ein kleiner Kritik punkt wären vielleicht, das etwas quietschende (leicht) und das andere(etwas) Knarrende Bett. Komplettes Fazit: Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, und würden auch gerne wieder bei ihnen übernachten.

Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir bereits gegen Mittag angerufen, dass die Wohnung jetzt schon bezugsfertig sei. Die fest zugewiesenen Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung waren sehr praktisch. Auch die Lage und Nähe zum Strand waren ziemlich gut sowie die verkehrsruhige Lage. Putzutensilien zur freien Verfügung. Zudem stand in der Küche eine kleine niedliche Papiertüte mit Küchenhelfern (Schwamm, Bürste, Wischtuch etc).

Was uns leider negativ aufgefallen ist: - muffiger Geruch in der Wohnung, der sich auch durch mehrfaches, langes Lüften nicht beheben ließ. - Die Wohnung war mit grundlegendem Mobiliar ausgestattet, welches jedoch teilweise schon durchgelegen war (Bett, Sofa), oder instabil/wackelig wirkte (Küchentisch). - Die Sauberkeit ist verbesserungswürdig. In der Dusche waren noch lange Haare sowie Staub in der Schienenlaufbahn der Duschtür vorhanden sowie Schmutz, der Balkon und das dortige Mobiliar mit Vogelkot versehen, das Besteck und Geschirr teilweise nicht richtig sauber. Wir haben sodann die Sauberkeitsmängel eigenständig behoben und auf Bildern festgehalten, und diese dem Vermieter zukommen lassen. Die Reaktion war ernüchternd. Den Vogelkot begründete man mit einer hohen Möwenpopulation (erstaunlicherweise war während unseres Aufenthalts über 3 Tage kein Vogelkot auf dem Balkon, nach dem wir diesen 1x am Anreisetag gereinigt haben). Bzgl. Der Sauberkeitsmängel wurden wir freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass wir den Vermieter umgehend hätten informieren müssen, damit dieser eine Reinigungskraft vorbeischicken könnte (da jedoch Feiertag war, wir keine Umstände machen wollten und auch nach unserer Ankunft dort keine Reinigungskraft zwischen uns in der sehr kleinen Wohnung "beschäftigen" wollten, hatten wir dies selbst gereinigt. Es wurde im Verständnis gebeten. Eine kundenorientierte Lösung oder "kleine Wiedergutmachung" kam offenbar nicht in Betracht. - Griff der Balkontür halb lose und wackelig, dessen Schloss fehlte -Der Ausblick vom Balkon zielt direkt auf ein anderes plattenbauähnliches Gebäude, so dass die Aussicht nicht schön war. Zwar schaute man auch links auf einen schönen Tannenbaum, aber die Aussicht insgesamt war für uns enttäuschend.
