The place is extremely clean. You don't even need to wear shoes there because they are constantly moping the floor. I even felt bad walking in with wet shoes because it was raining outside when I stayed over
Sewage smell that come out from the toilet drain but I think this is common issue for Vietnam drainage/sewage system.

Host was very attentive and approachable. Free water, coffee and toast is provided in reception. Location was great to walk to the markets and the room was very comfortable. It was better than our expectations. Shower pressure was great and hot water was always available. Extra toilets available in reception too.

Not a lot
Very noisy at night from busy main road at the front
No sink in bathroom.
WI-FI doesn’t work.
Fridge full of tiny plastic bottles of water.
Air conditioner worked intermittently, room quite warm at night.
