The flat was lovely. It was a 13 minute walk from the nearest RER station and was very spacious for a couple. It had all the necessary amenities and smelled lovely. It was also a 20 minutes wall from the city centre with lots of shops, restaurants and parks nearby.
It was on the fourth floor which was a bit of a shocker to learn in the welcome message. I probably didn't do enough research but it did make hefting up luggage difficult and would be good to know from an accessibility perspective.
Only other downside was it was quite hot but there was an a fan in the room which was nice.
