Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the location was quiet, the aircon was really good (we were there during the 2026 heatwave), the shower was excellent, the pool and gated parking were added bonuses.
The mattress was very firm and raised in the middle (one of us used the sofa, which was a little more comfortable). We find a softer mattress more comfortable, so will probably bring a mattress topper next time.

Un joli écrin de verdure, à mi chemin entre Royan et Marenne Oléron, un petit appartement bien agencé , confortable, climatisé !....et une piscine très agréable, qui offre un bon moment de détente...des hôtes très accueillants !

L'hôte nous attendait pour nous remettre les clés et faire un tour complet de l'appartement. Le logement est situé au calme, il est très propre et confortable. Nous y avons séjourné en hiver mais l'été, il y a une piscine en plus de la mer à 10 minutes en voiture.

Emplacement, extérieur sympa, piscine couverte
Tout est à-peu-près,... grande douche mais joints non faits carrelage décollé, TV réversible chambre séjour mais qui finalement tourne pas complètement,
Lave vaisselle qui ne lave pas
Couverts très rudimentaires et peu nombreux
Canapé hors d'usage, WC avec sani-broyeur et papier toilette dans une poubelle, fuite de chenaux devant porte d'entrée, finitions faites à l'arrache !....
C'est comme chez la mère à Titi c'est tout petit... mais c'est pas le paradis !
