The property is located at directly at the beach. It has spacious rooms and we had a direct sea view, which was fantastic. The rooms were large and comfy, the bath also and very clean. The stuff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. we were sad to leave, but will certainly come back again in the future...
Nothing, everything was perfect. The beach in front of the hotel was under construction but is nearly terminated. This is of course not the fault of the hotel and the beach will, after the works be even nicer than the beach in Angh Bang. According to some local guides, when the works are going to be finished, this will be the best beach in Hoi An.

In a quiet area of Hoi An which we enjoyed but with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Staff very forthcoming and helpful, to be honest given the rather low price, our expectations were not too high. And it was absolutely in line with what we expected. Room itself was very nice and clean, bathroom could have used an update. We found the bed comfortable but depends on personal preferences, I guess. Great service by the staff! We were also informed upfront that the each was undergoing rather renovations, hence no surprise there, and we prefer An Bang Beach Easy and cheap to get around with taxis in Vietnam.
Shower cabin was leaking, silicon seal broken and slightly moldy, a bit worn bathroom.
