It’s a really lovely place, the location is great, and it’s super quiet. It has everything you need, and was modern and clean.. access was easy, and it was really lovely that the lamps were on when I arrived as it was dark. First impressions were great. There was some bread, eggs and butter etc, which were a really lovely welcome. It feels very personalised and I feel you can tell the owner cares about what they have created.
The TV didn’t seem to work, but WiFi was good so I used my laptop, I was only there mornings and evenings to attend college over a weekend. The bed was comfy, but I feel the bedding could be refreshed? There was some studs missing on the duvet cover meaning it slipped out a bit in places, and it just didn’t have that fresh/high quality bedding kind of feel I personally value. I did buy a bottom sheet to use for my second night. The towels also were quite hard and rough. Although clean and fresh, and well decorated, the windows and skirting in the bathroom etc were quite grimey - however I appreciate, as a previous self employed cleaner, I notice these things more than most would! This is more a personal standard, I imagine most would not be as aware/bothered. Overall it was clean, but I do think it could be improved.

Great little place, with everything that you could need. It is small, but ample room for two people and spotlessly clean. There is a parking space right outside of the property and it is approximately 10mins from Snetterton race circuit. Great communication from the owner who even left us some essentials for our arrival 😊

The property is compact but comfy and has everything you need . The bed is comfy, the shower is amazing, the garden is a huge bonus and the welcome package was a lovely touch
Nothing really, the television reception wasn’t great at times but once I told Elizabeth it was sorted
