Location is great.
Rooms arrangements can be improved. Guests should be asked for total luggage pieces for example, and got assigned to the right room (if choice is available). Kitchen and common spaces lack in cleaness.

It is very well located! Just a few minutes walk to the bus stations and line 2 subway. The host was very responsive. The apartment itself is good value for the money you pay🤷🏽♀️, it isn’t the best but good enough for a night. It had washing machines, microwave in the kitchen at the basement floor which were very helpful. Nicely quiet too.
The shower doors were dirty and the mattress was so uncomfortable. You could literally feel the springs of the mattress 😭😭
