The host was really friendly and helpful. The flat is clean and tidy, no hidden surprises. Excellent value for money.

It's okay if you aren't too picky

The location is great, and the size of apartment suits for 1 person for a couple of days.

I read some reviews about the state of the building and the concerning neighbours which initially thought it was an overstatement,but sadly it's true. Although it's not the owners fault, the building itself, the lack of lift and security and some dodgy neighbours does give a weird feeling. The bed isn't suitable for 2 persons, this is a sofa bed. No sofa bed should serve as a permanent bed in any sort of accommodation. There were no toiletries whatsoever,apart from a watered down hand soap and the glasses in the kitchen weren't very clean either.

Positive experience

The place was clean and well-prepared for hosting the guest. The instructions regarding the check-in and general guidelines were clear and reasonable. Additionally, the place is located in a convenient area of the city with a metro station and shops in a walking distance.

Preisleistung stimmt 100%. Die Wohnung ist gut mit Bahn/Bus/Strassenbahn zu erreichen.

Es gab keine Fotos von dem Haus wo die Wohnung liegt, was im ersten Moment ein bisschen schockieren ist.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is clean and very nice. Our room was on the top floor and it was perfectly air-conditioned, which was great. The location is excellent, with the metro station right next to the hotel. Also, the staff was very helpful and gave us some great tips. Highly recommended!

The surrounding area felt a bit strange, which made us feel a little uncomfortable.
