This little gem is right in the middle of beautiful Lucca, yet it's a peaceful haven to relax and be pampered. The staff, especially Giulia, were as helpful as they could be without being over-imposing. Anything you asked of them they would do. The decor is luxurious, yet homely, and the food is as plentiful as it is delicious. After wandering Lucca's streets and Wall it's the perfect place to feel re-invigorated in time for a selection of some very high-quality restaurants that are abundant in this city.

It was a beautiful property and Guilia was just lovely and very helpful. It was also in a great location close to shops and restaurants.

Our room was lovely but being on the ground floor was very dark and didn’t have any outlook.
