Very spacious
It’s up a very narrow spiral staircase on the 2nd floor. The entrance door to the building is difficult to operate.

Bushaltestellen gleich nebenan, ein sehr gutes japanisches Restaurant fußläufig zu erreichen, viele Supermärkte in der Nähe
Die Matratzen waren ziemlich durchgelegen, ein Lattenrost im 3er-Zimmer quitschte fürchterlich bei der kleinsten Bewegung

Le parking est très exigu, c'est très compliqué pour deux voitures. A deux reprises nous avons été coincés, notamment lors de notre départ par des employés qui étaient garés devant nous alors que nous voulions partir depuis une demi-heure.
Sortie du parking dangereuse, en plein virage, pas de visibilité.
Impossible de trouver un balai dans le logement !
La propreté laisse à désirer.
L'appartement n°2 aurait besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement/rénovation (peinture, prises électriques pendantes, …)
La route devant le logement est très fréquentée en terme de trafic
