Good location. Walkable to Centro, close to Vila Germanica. Apartment was fitted out OK.
Cooking is basic: portable hotplate, microwave, no oven
September has cool nights, but there is no heating (air con has no heating function; I have encountered this in other southern Brazil apartments. Strange oversight, given winter nights can be cool even here. Pot luck with every apartment; some have a heating function, some don't)
The bed was supplied with one THIN blanket, barely more than a sheet itself. We had to throw clothing on top to provide decent warmth most nights.
The shower floor does not drain completely and is very smooth. With a little shampoo/soap in use, I felt at risk of slipping. The shower at least needs a grippy mat. Drainage would be difficult to fix, I suspect.

Muito perto da Vila Germania e com garagem! Me atendeu muito bem!
Achei ele menor que nas fotos, mas como estava sozinho me atendeu muito bem. Porém merece uma atenção quanto a pintura, proprietário precisa dar mais atenção ao imóvel.
