Abdullah arranged transfer from SAW airport and met us at the apartment despite a delay with our flights. He kept in touch the whole way and was fantastic in communicating with us and being flexible when we needed him to be with our check in time and arrangements.
There was plenty of space for sleeping arrangements and the location was great for getting to Taksim square.
The only issue we had was that the key to the electronic entrance door didn't appear to fit, but it would only be required if the electronic lock was faulty.

Three things I really liked about the apartment: The owner was very friendly and helpful, the location was very good, and the entrance was secured with a password. We arrived at 3 a.m., but thanks to the easy self-check-in, we were able to enter the apartment without any problems.
Unfortunately, there were several serious cleanliness and maintenance issues.
The apartment was extremely dirty when we arrived. We waited until the morning and then bought cleaning products ourselves. We washed the bed sheets, bedspread, and other bedding, and thoroughly cleaned the bathroom and shower. Only after doing all of this did we finally feel comfortable staying in the apartment.
Another major issue was the shower. There was no shower curtain or glass door to prevent the water from spreading, so water ended up all over the bathroom floor after every shower. The floor around the sink and toilet was constantly wet and very unpleasant.
There were also water leakage problems with both the washing machine and the refrigerator. The area around them was constantly wet and became very dirty and unpleasant to use. Despite all of this, I don’t think I would choose to stay at this place again.
