Very comfortable clean apartment

Very easy to get to from station as bus stops right outside. Extremely well appointed apartment over the road from beach and owners have a lido with umbrella loungers etc

Nothing we didn't like in the apartment but ate in the owners fish restaurant and were very disappointed with the food

Splendid

Spacious flat, very clean and of good quality, next to the beach.

I wish I stayed more, but unfortunately for me, Pescara was just a one night stopover on my way back to London.

Spacious, well-located apartment with a kind host—perfect for beach days and train trips.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Pescara. It’s very spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms and a large living room that includes a well-equipped kitchen corner. The location is perfect—right across from the beach (just a road to cross), and only a short walk to the city center and the main train station, which was ideal for our day trips by train. One of the highlights was the apartment’s position slightly below ground level (with low-set windows), which kept it pleasantly cool even during a week of 30+ degree temperatures—there was hardly any need to use the air conditioning. Lastly, the host, Francesca, was exceptionally kind, always available, and very responsive.

The only minor downside was that the apartment is next to a park and it could be a bit noisy in the evenings due to people gathering there. However, it was never too disturbing and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Francesca and her family were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is large and in a very good location. We enjoyed also the time spent on the beach club owned by Francesca and her family.
