The apartment was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located directly opposite Southern Cross Station. It also offered excellent access to public transport, with the nearest tram stop just a two-minute walk away.
While the apartment itself was satisfactory, the check-in process was somewhat inconvenient. As there was no reception on-site, the keys had to be collected from a different location, which made arrival less straightforward.
The property provided tea and coffee; however, milk was not supplied, so guests should be aware that they will need to bring their own.

Great location, beautiful view if you are comfortable 29 floors up. parking on site, comfy beds and good size apartment for 4 people. Coles straight across the rd and great coffee and breakfast directly under the building.
Strong cigarette smell through the apartment. Wifi wasn’t charged and required us to use our own cord to charge it and get it going. AC didn’t work very well so rather cold at nights. The AC remote screen was damaged so you couldn’t see what mode it was on. The main bathroom shower hadn’t had a good deep clean in some time and was mouldy. Food under lounge cushions and hand prints all over the tv.

Amazing Location and views. Handy to have the parking underneath the property.
Rattley/noisey air con. Which also struggled to heat at times. Property wasn’t overly clean on arrival. Tried to ring dynamic short stays multiple times when we first got there as we were needing help, but just went to answering machine. Left a voice message and no reply.
