All extremely good. A very comfortable place to stay with enough in the apartment to keep you satisfied. Good TV options, well-equipped kitchen, lovely balcony and very comfortable bed.
Although near a busy road you wouldn't know as it gets very quiet at night. Easy, relaxed walk to town also.
Communications with the concierge were easy and we really didn't need to bother them at all.
The parking garage is tight and narrow but we had a smaller car so after initially having a little trouble it was fine thereafter.
Just be mindful if you have a bigger car because you will struggle and may choose parking on the streets nearby instead.
Do not let it put you off though, this is a very good apartment and well worth the cost.

Le logement est parfait pour 4 personnes, les matelas du lit et du canapé convertible sont très confortables. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, grille pain, ventilateur,...). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le balcon de belle taille qui nous a permis de manger dehors tous les jours et de bénéficier de magnifiques couchers de soleil ! Il faut compter environ 15mn à pied pour rejoindre la veille ville et il y a de nombreux bus à proximité. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le parking à disposition mais avons toujours trouvé du stationnement gratuit à proximité. Je recommande fortement !

Apartament amplasat excelent pentru a vizita Annecy și regiunea. Apartamentul este confortabil si dotat corespunzator. Paturile sunt confortabile iar balconul este o facilitate în plus.
Ni neapărat ca nu mi-a plăcut, dar fac câteva observații după un drum de 1000 km.:
1. A trebuit sa ne testam competentele digitale cu aplicația oferită de gazda.
2. A trebuit sa testam abilitățile de șoferi în parcarea imobilului. Este o parcare îngustă potrivită pentru VW Polo sau Peugeot 2xx. Avem un autoturism hibrid de clasa C, pentru a ieși întregi din parcarea în rampa la 90 grade a trebuit dezactivat ESP, este foarte îngustă.
3. Ar trebui popularizat și în Franța aerul condiționat, este foarte greu de suportat căldura la ultimul etaj pe 34 grade.

Loved the balcony, really comfortable accommodation including the sofa bed which was great. Location was good and communication for the concierge was great as we had some confusion created which they really helped to fix.
Access instructions not great a Booking.com, be sure to read the concierge instructions which are much clearer - you do need to download an app.
