Tout est était parfait, l’appartement convient très bien à une famille nombreuse son point fort son emplacement et la communication avec la propriétaire la personne qui nous a remis les clés est très sympathique et communicative

communication was great, the location of the place was excellent! loved that there was coffee and tea in the apt and all the necessary appliances!
all was good, the apt may need a small refresher in the bathroom, but overall excellent and affordable option to stay in Madrid, right next to a metro that is centrally located. not a dealbreaker, leaving a luggage early is an additional costs, but they state it in the rules, so no surprises here. may be helpful to someone reading the review.

Clearly, the best aspect of this apartment is its proximity to the metro station and then easy transport to the centre.
Several fast food chains, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are close by.
Unfortunately, it was very loud at night... People discussing outside, cars honking and the waste bins being emptied at 3 AM... We were 6 and there was not enough plates and cutlery for everyone. The appt is not very well maintained: one door was broken and the oldish AC didn't work correctly (but, to be fair, it was over 40° outside). We managed to cover most of the windows with an aluminum foil, so that it was not too bright in the mornings.
Moreover, before our stay, I asked for a cot and high chair that was never delivered and the person who opened the door for us was not aware of this request. I was also asked by mail to sign some documents beforehand but there were only in Spanish...
In short, if you are not very demanding, it was an OKish stay value for money but it definitely is not great :(
