Fomos maus tratados na Pousada
Ao chegar no local, a pessoa que nos recepcionou foi Sra. Fátima ( Se apresentou como proprietária da pousada ). De imediato nos informou que o apartamento n° 10 que tínhamos locado, tinha sido destinado para outras pessoas, mas que ela tinha o apartamento n°9 caso agente quisesse ficar. Caso não quiséssemos, poderiamos ir embora. Achei estranho as palavras grosseiras , mas relevei por ser uma pessoa de idade. Ela nos apresentou o apt°n° 9, respondi que iríamos ficar, mas ela tornou a repetir a mesma grosseria, que se não quiséssemos poderíamos ir embora. Nesse momento respondi que ela estava sendo muito grosseira, nos mandando ir embora e impondo que tínhamos que ficar no quarto n° 9, que compramos ao Booking o apt° n° 10, e estávamos aceitando outro apt°, mas diante dos maus tratos, não iríamos aceitar. Nesse momento ela respondeu que o Booking não mandava na pousada, pois a pousada era ela, eu respondi que ela não tinha condições de está a frente do negócio, que a pousada é uma empresa, e com esse tratamento ela poderia sofrer um processo, ela respondeu que a pousada não era uma empresa e sim um chiqueiro, e que poderíamos processar, que não se importava, e que não iria mais nos colocar em quarto algum , que poderíamos ir embora, pois estávamos ameaçando de processo. Disse que iria ligar para o Booking para cancelar. Nos deixou horas sentados num banco na piscina, ao sol, aguardando. Depois ficou na janela falando com alguém dizendo que era idosa, foi nesse momento que percebemos a mal intensão, estava se fazendo de vítima querendo justificar que nos que éramos os errados e estávamos a ameaçando, nesse momento outros hóspedes presenciaram o ocorrido e precisei falar para todos os presentes o que estava acontecendo. Alguns nos ajudaram a entrar em contato com o Booking para tentar resolver. Chamamos a polícia, por precaução, por temer por nossa segurança, visto que essa senhora estava tendo uma atitude muito fora do normal, beirando total desequilíbrio.
