Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the apartment. The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is nicely refurbished, clean and reasonably well equipped. Good option for a family of five
* Access instructions are provided only a few hours before check-in, creating unnecessary uncertainty.
* Keys must be collected and returned at a shop about a five-minute walk away, rather than at the apartment as stated in the listing.
* We requested an additional key for our group of five adults but this was declined.
* The £50 charge for £500 damage cover seems very expensive (10% of the amount covered).
* The listing says there are three bathrooms, whereas there are actually two bathrooms and three separate toilets.
* The check-out instructions include warnings of additional charges, which feels rather unpleasant.
* There are three flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which can be difficult, especially with luggage.
* A nightclub in the neighbouring building caused loud music and shouting until around 4 am on some nights.

La ubicación y el estado del apartamento, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades de una casa.
Muy complicado contactar con el anfitrión, sólo mails.
Tuvimos que recoger las llaves en una tienda a 5-6 minutos del sitio.
Tercero sin ascensor.
Para el check-in nos dijeron que podíamos entrar antes y cuando fuimos estaban limpiando y tuvimos que esperar 15-20 minutos.
No nos dejaron ni un minuto más, para el check out.

This is a stylish flat in an absolutely fabulous location. The arrangement for picking up the keys was quick and easy. The flat was well equipped with everything you might reasonably want. Communication with the host was good.
I was charged a cleaning fee that more than doubled the cost and this came as a nasty shock. When I came to pay, I assumed that the enormous figure labeled "cleaning fee" must have referred to the total cost (including cleaning) but I was wrong and found I had paid over £400 instead of the £200 odd pounds I was expecting. The host (who responded promptly refused a refund saying that it was all clear from the description. However it was not clear and I felt cheated. I note that the webpage has now been changed to quote, correctly, the total price so these negative comments should not put off future guests. The location and facilities of the flat are so good that the full price, though more than I was expecting, is not unreasonable.
