Clear and friendly communication & videos upfront.
Clean and comfortable.
Lots of goodies to use e.g. milk, tea, coffee.
Very well equipped with towls, bedding.
All in all quiet but you do hear the planes going to and from Heathrow.
It comes with Windsor.

Marcel provided a great experience, super clean, early check-in, good recommendation for a coffee shop and easy instructions for accessing the apartment. It was a great location with free parking and we walked to the castle and dinner. We appreciated the cokes, water, teas and chocolates and a great value. We would stay again.

Communication from owners, Location, Clean, Tidy, Decor etc
Reception was not the best so wi-fi and Tv kept cutting out.
Mattress on large bed not the best.
