Welcome to your all-inclusive enclave in Beaver Creek. There’s a thorough fluidity of design here at Enclave #137 which contributes to the unpredictably charming, wholistic feeling. The perfect locale of this mountain wonder only adds to its appeal. Fashionably furnished, it’s surprisingly contemporary. It boasts a large granite hearth and wood burning fireplace. Spacious, dazzling and open, this homestead is family friendly and warmly welcoming. The substantial great room has high vaulted ceilings and luminous skylights which provide plenty of light and space to daydream and plan your next great adventure. Granite topped breakfast bar and newly remodeled gourmet kitchen. Pleasantly positioned just a stones throw from a world renowned golf course in a private residential community. Premium access to Beaver Creek shuttle dial-a-ride. *Summer 2024 pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts will be unavailable due to remodel.* After a day of play in the Colorado mountains, enjoy a peaceful vacation in this platinum rated remodeled four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath residence at 137 Enclave. Featuring central heating, private patio, bbq, use of two outdoor hot tubs just down the street, a swimming pool and tennis court (summer only) and a stellar view of the mountain and lifts. Lots of storage, too. The Resort provides transportation so leave the car keys at home. Take the transport around the Resort, whether to have lunch or dinner, to ski, or play golf to name a few. Layout of the Interior: 4 BR/4.5 BA Main Floor: - Master room w king bed en-suite - Half bathroom - Upstairs: - Guest room w queen bed en-suite shower - Second guest room w 2 Full size beds en-suite - Kids room with two twin beds en-suite We are living in a time of monumental change. What is truly essential has been newly re-defined for each of us. Time is now more precious than ever. We value your time and how you choose to spend it. So, why not make your ‘time-away’ really count? No time like the present. No place like here. Because your safety, health and well being are of vital importance to us, we are taking extra pre-cautionary care in maintaining the cleanliness of all our properties, including: • Increased hand washing for all employees & use of disposable gloves and masks • Employees will stay home if sick. • Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs. • Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures. • Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads. • High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc. • Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.
