Enjoy your perfect Caribbean getaway in this luxury villa overlooking the signature blues and greens of Roatan island. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Villa 1106 is the perfect vacation spot for up to 10 people.
Villa 1106 is a spacious and luxurious home that offers abundant indoor and outdoor common areas for everyone to enjoy.
Soak up the sun on the loungers, cool off in your private pool, relax on your private terrace, and enjoy a nice meal at the outside dining area. Maybe grill up your fresh catch of the day on the BBQ! The gourmet kitchen has everything you need but if you'd like to treat yourself to the local cuisine, allow us to schedule you a private chef to come and prepare a beautiful island-style dinner.
This luxury villa provides all of the comforts you need and high-end finishes you want to enjoy your Caribbean getaway. The main living room with big windows and sliding doors is the ideal gathering space for everyone to come together with the stunning lush greenery and ocean views in the background.
This villa offers four bedrooms with enough sleeping space for up to 10 people. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The secondary bedroom, located just off of the kitchen, offers bunk beds and a joining bathroom. Upstairs is home to the second and third bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms and private terraces overlooking the beautiful blues and greens of the island. The primary upstairs bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom provides a variety of options with a queen bed as well as a full bottom, twin top bunk bed.
And when you're ready to explore more, simply step outside to the Clubhouse and community areas of Pristine Bay. The Clubhouse offers a restaurant, 2 tier pool, snack bar, gym and racquet courts . Day passes can be purchased at the Clubhouse front desk.
From this ideal mid-island location, you can easily explore the quiet East End beaches or the lively West End shops and restaurants. That is, if you even want to leave the stunning views and calming serenity of your villa in Pristine Bay! Staying close to home is also a great way to spend your time. We suggest going a couple rounds on the island's only 18-hole championship golf course!
