Bu otelde ikinci konaklayışım ve genel anlamda tesisin her hizmeti çok güzel
Her saat diyebileceğimiz bir Kabe servisi mevcut ve servis seni kabeye en yakın garajda, merve say alanı çıkış kapısı üzerinde (çok yakın) bırakıyor.
Otel zaten Hilton kuruluşu olduğu için temizlik ve hizmet oturmuş ve beklentiyi fazlasıyla karşılıyor.
Bu otelde ikinci konaklayışım daha önce ki konaklamam da kahvaltı çeşitliliğini daha fazla beğenmiştim.
Biz oradayken 40-50 kişilik bir afedersiniz Süleymancı kafile gelip konaklayınca bir miktar moralim bozuldu :(

The property was very vibrant and beautiful and clean. The aesthetic is amazing and the breakfast was amazing and different and lots of healthy options and to talk about the gym! What a wonderful place

Clean room and good breakfast
Very odd location. little bit far from Haram. Shuttle service from Haram to Hotel is horrible. We could not find shuttle, when found it, long line of waiting people that were running towards the shuttle for a space. So we ride a taxi to come back to hotel, causing extra burden on the expenses. Reception with only one guy and waiting a lot for my turn.
