What a lovely place! The owner has converted part of the house into a self-contained, two storey accommodation, with sofa, TV and kitchenette below, and bedrooms and bathroom above.
Access is with a remote control that opens the gates to a courtyard, and then sliding glass doors get you into the accommodation. Get the code in advance to access the remote control (in a locked box.) We let ourselves in while the owner, Beatrice, was at work. The locked gates mean our car was very secure. There's also a lovely garden there where you can relax on sun-loungers.
Cafes and fast food places are just down the road, but if you go over the river (10 mins walk) there are lots of restaurants. The accommodation itself has a coffee-maker, cereal and other things, and Beatrice was so helpful, she gave us anything we needed (like fresh milk.)
TBH the place was much too big for just the two of us. I think it would suit four people very well, because there is so much room. Even so, excellent value for money for two people -- even more so for four!
The bed was a double bed size, a bit smaller than my wife and I are used to. And softer, with large, square pillows. But OK for one night's stay. The bedroom only has one window, which is in the sloping roof.

Nous avons reçu un très très bon accueil. Béa qui travaillait nous a transmis les modalités d’entrée puis,à son arrivée, nous a expliqué tous les fonctionnements de la maison. Elle nous a également indiqué un restaurant. Le lendemain matin, elle nous avait préparé un très bon et très copieux petit déjeuner salé sucré.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé le jardin.
Nous avons tout apprécié.

Accueil très chaleureux de l’hôte, décoration très jolie et chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux et fait maison. Merci Béatrice pour le petit apéro de la région et le pâté de Pâques. Endroit à recommander dans la région et le parking est un plus.
