Great location and friendly host

I really liked the location

No sleep on first night. Had to make efforts to obtain cancellation of 2nd night.

The location in Biarritz center

The arrival instructions were unclear. The bedroom is part of the owner's small appartment. The toilets and shower are badly located (need to cross the living room). But above all, unlike the description says, the appartment is a heavy smoker place, and even the bedroom, which is only separated by a simple door from the smoky living room, also heavily smells the smoke (and a some of moisture). Could not sleep the first night. I had to ask to Booking to intervene in order to try to find a arrangement with the owner, ie cancellation of the 2nd night. Owner became quite agressive.
