Everything especially the service!
Nothing but it would be better if they allow couples with infants to bring the infant with them to the other pools (if he is sleeping in the stroller)

The property is beautifully designed with excellent facilities, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious.
The communication and approach of some staff members could be improved, as a few situations were handled in a way that felt uncomfortable and could have been more discreet.
