The beds were the most comfortable we had in our entire trip and the breakfast is all you could wish for, including a view of the ararat. Rooms were clean and provided everything you need. They kindly let us leave our luggage an entire day in the hotel which we were very thankful for.
This hotel is not as luxurious as you might expect it to be.
Although the personnel was very kind, it bothered me that on our arrival they told us it would „for sure“ be possible to stay one more night and they would take care of it, when on the next day, it was „impossible“ to get a room for one more night. I‘m just not a fan of being promised things just to discover shortly later that it wasn’t true.
Questions I asked on Booking were not answered.
Also, the towels smelled very chemical.
It’s small things but it makes the difference.

Large comfortable beds in rooms that felt modern and spacious. Good location just a 15-20 min walk to Republic Square or the Cascade. Staff always friendly and welcoming each time you entered the hotel. Breakfast room had great view over the city, just a shame it was too hazy to properly see Mount Ararat. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Nice pool, when not too busy. We had a one bedroom suite which was an unexpected upgrade and made our stay even more memorable. Even without this we would have no hesitation in returning.

The location is excellent, close to the city centre, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The view over the city is also beautiful.
However, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was disappointing. The shower fixtures were quite dirty and clearly needed a more thorough cleaning, and the carpets in the room have definitely seen better days.
The breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly special.
