the apartment was spacious for four adults, the kitchen was huge and nicely equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was very clean, having a laundry room very super nice.
The apartment was very close to the freight train tracks and they were continually very noisy even during the night, outside on the deck they were loud. The view from the deck was disappointing. We used uber every night to get downtown, there is a homeless mission right around the corner and the streets have unsavory folks hanging around, the ladies didn't like waking past that area.

The property was beautiful and cozy. Close to broadway.
The only issue I had was the flooring was dirty, our socks were filthy just walking around in the apartment.

The unit was wonderful and so was the complex. Was able to walk to downtown Nashville and also the area around us had restaurants and everything to go to as well.

It was very secure.
The single beds were bunks
I also hated the Latch app setup.
