The building is basically new. The apartment looked really nice, was clean and had all the necessary appliances. Laundry is available in the building. An initial complaint (no lamps on the nightstands) was addressed very quickly. There is a good size supermarket about 10 walking minutes away in Glessen that offers everything you need during a stay ... including fantastic German bread rolls.

There is nothing in the bedrooms or the bathroom to hang clothes. We would have benefitted from a user manual on how to operate the lighting and the blinds in the apartment (it took a bit to figure it out on our own). The TVs were not placed on the right wall for watching from the beds. Public transportation requires taking a bus and then switching to a train (we never tried and used the car instead).

Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet. Kleine nette Aufmerksamkeiten für wenig Geld zu erwerben. ( Snacks und Getränke)

Wir buchten extra diese Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage. Leider ist es keine richtige Klimaanlage. Es wird über den Boden gekühlt. Oder wie in unserem Fall eben nicht. Wir waren am heißesten Wochenende dieses Jahr dort. 270€ für 2 Schlafzimmer/4Pers hätten wir ohne Klimaanlage deutlich billiger haben können. Leider hat der Vermieter sich an dem Abend nur kurz gemeldet. Die Temperatur blieb also. Im Bad hatte man sogar das Gefühl, dass die Heizung läuft. Auch danach schrieb ich den Vermieter Vlad mehrfach an, weil ich es nicht richtig finde, diesen Preis zu zahlen. Auch nach 3 Nachrichten keine Reaktion. Sehr schade. Da wir häufiger in der Nähe sind, werden wir diese Unterkunft wohl nicht mehr buchen. Das ist sehr schade. Ich finde, es kann immer ein Fehler passieren. Allerdings sollte der Vermieter auch bereit sein, zu kommunizieren . Im Bad teilweise schon etwas abgenutzt ( Duschtür hält nicht, Heizung mit Schraubzwinge fixiert) . Also auch hier etwas Nachbesserung nötig. Das wäre mir prinzipiell egal, aber nun kommt es dann gerade dazu. Sehr schade Vlad.

Prachtig appartement. Keurig schoon en modern.

We hadden airconditioning verwacht. Dit was een ander systeem, dus met 37 graden buiten was het binnen warmer dan we hadden gehoopt. Maar de ruimte, comfort, aanwezige drankjes maakten veel goed.

Moderne lejlighed i roligt kvarter, med gode parkeringsmuligheder.

Det er for dårligt at der ikke er stole til alle ved spisepladsen, som yderligere var for trang. Sengetøj var lagt på med vrangen ud. Ved skriftlig henvendelse til udlejer via Booking-app, med klage over at der var for få stole og spiseknive, var der ingen respons, og vi måtte leve med kun 4 knive til 5 personer og 3 stole ved spisebordet, til 5 personer. Fint sted til 3 personer, men ikke flere.
