I loved the homely and professional atmosphere. Staff was super friendly and attentive. There was always someone to help, you'd never needed to wait. As there were more people you could also see how they worked well together, always doing something but not stressed. They interacted with both tourists and each other adequately, adding to this homely, welcoming feeling. Big kuddos to the staff at breakfast and reception and bar.
Also very convenient bus connections to head into town and easy walk from Saint Pancreas / King's Cross station. I will be back.
one in five people are high sensitive. I missed a more quiet spot without speakers above you as some part of the lounge or bar. You should be able to choose how much sound you want to take in. Sometimes one wants to escape the city noises and be at peace while still having a table to work at (which you don't have in the room).

Fab location
The bedroom is well equipped and really really comfy
Compared to other London hotels, it is fantastic value for money
Lovely breakfast with loads of choice and again, great value for money; the food was really fresh

It was a short stay.
Rooms tiny, random clutter in the room like guitar amps (not needed)
Housekeeping walked in on me while naked without knocking.
Breakfast not much choice, no bacon, sausages.
Very much continental breakfast.
