The property is very clean, well maintained, and very close to the Masjid.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and really look after the guests.
There is nothing negative about the place.

I liked the hospitality, the cleaning guys who were very polite and it was close to the mosque 🕌 Nabawi and my room had a nice view of the masjid ALHAMDULILLAH.

The location is ideal for the giving Salam but for women it is hard as the the location of the hotel means they have to go halfway around the Masjid to get to the women’s entrance.
It is very old and run down. The bathroom was very bad. Half a bath cut up to make a bath/shower. To enter the shower you had to literally squeeze between the sink and the shower panel.
If anyone big had this room tbey would struggle to shower.
