The property was conveniently placed maximum 5 min walk to the beach and 10 min walk to the dog only part of the beach, the host was very fast at replying and keeping us updated! They also included some lovely extras including a treasure hunt for the family/ stuff to toast marshmallows/ all towels & bedding/ a tv in she shower! & smart tvs in the double room and single room/ some snacks & milk in the fridge. Honestly I could keep going on. There wasn’t anything that wasn’t thought of. It was genuinely one of the most perfect stays! Plus enough space on the drive for 2 cars such a great bonus!

Fantastic holiday home..absolutely everything you need there plus extra touches such as gift for kiddies...spotlessly clean and very comfy.
Fantastic location for beach...excellent value for money. We had the perfect family holiday.

Excellent location a short walk from dune and beach access. I you have a dog you need to walk a little further to gain access to dog friendly area, however it is not too far,
Constant squawking of seagulls. These must be the noisiest and messiest gulls in the UK :)
No blinds, curtains or shutters on kitchen or lounge windows which have sun on them for a lot of the day.
