The place was immaculate. Everything I needed.

Wish their was creamer and sugar but other then that it was great. can't really hold it against them

I loved the decorations it was very homey. Host was very responsive very great service in communication.

Nothing major but the fridge needed a new filter and half of it stopped cooling.

I booked this place because of the decor. It was also conveniently located. I needed a place close to the convention center and this was in walking distance. There are lots of great shops and restaurants nearby as well. The rental itself is pretty spacious and there is a full kitchen should you need it.

Oh boy, here we go. To start off, this rental is very difficult to find. They give you an alternative address to plug into your GPS in attempts to make it easier to find, but since it's located in an alley, the GPS only leads you up to the corner. I highly recommend checking in while it's still light out. If I had tried to locate this place in the dark, it would've been questionable if I'd be able to find it. Once I was able to locate the rental, it was pretty cut and dry to access the keys and codes to get inside. As I noted above, I booked this place because of the cute decor seen in their photos. The downside of the decor is that there's so much stuff that I don't think they're able to properly clean and dust everything. It could honestly use a deep cleaning every so often. The ledge by the bed was very dusty. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The rental team wouldn't provide a phone number and instead insisted that I communicate via the Booking.com messenger. I had a question for them, and it took about 45 minutes of back and forth to finally reach a conclusion. If you happen to stay in the winter, I recommend bringing a small space heater. The only working heater is a weird, old strip on the wall that does a great job of heating up the wall, but not much else. I noted that there was a small a/c unit also in the hallway. So if you stay in the warmer months, please note that the a/c unit is located in the hallway and not the bedroom – I would question how well that small unit could possibly cool down the bedroom. When I let the property know that the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, rather than offering to do something to fix it, they instead told me to just leave the front door open. So basically they put it on me to fix the issue. You get what you pay for and honestly this place is a good value, but just be prepared for some of the quirks should you decide to book it.
