The property was as described in the Booking.com site, was quite comfortable. Spacious living room and nice balcony, Spacious master bedroom and nice 2nd bedroom, both double beds. Kitchen well equipped. Easy to reach. Great location just in the middle of the cit, just opposite to the tram stop. Reserved Car parking available. The host helped us when we had questions. The host also provided us with 2 fans as requested (it was very hot this summer).
The kitchen was less spacious, which is okay, but had too much material for storing all the saucepans and casseroles which were piled up in the oven. So, we had to displace everything everytime we needed to use the oven.
The bathroom is a bit small. Also, the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was too soft.

Location was great, clean inside, basic facilities
Very noisy as right by hospital and on a main road. The instructions we had for access didnt tell us what floor the flat was on and despite messaging the owner (who never replied at all so im pleased we didnt have any other issues during the stay), we had to go up and down all the floors to find it.
One plug socket in whole place other than one in kitchen and a huge extension lead to plug in anything you needed. Didnt feel very safe and a couple of our plugs felt like they were overheating so we didnt use the extension in the end.

Die Lage war für uns günstig. Die Fenster waren gut gedämmt. Herd, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle haben funktioniert. Kücheneinrichtung war schlicht, aber sauber. Zugang mit Aufzug.
Die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren sehr unbequem, nur für kurze Zeit erträglich. Ein Bett war sehr unbequem, eigentlich nicht auszuhalten. Wie haben es leider versäumt, dies von Anfang an zu bemängeln.
