Wernigrode is a lovely town. The staff in the hotel were great. The hotel was comfortable and the food was enjoyable. We had a great time.

nice hotel und perfect service, we booked a familiy room and got 2 double rooms with a door between after asking, because our daughter sleepwalks

Good family hotel with very good buffet breakfast (the coffee is amazing) and play area for the kids plus bunk beds which the kids loved. The staff is really friendly and provides you with tips and timetable for bus service, steam train etc. A bit out of the way of city centre but free parking and close to a bus stop
