Take advantage of our private deck and yard, or enjoy the light streaming through the front windows. Local Treasure sleeps eight and is equipped with everything you need for a few days or a few weeks. This is to remain locked at all times. I'm available by phone, text or message and can pop over if something needs attention in-person. * The top and bottom floor can be rented separately – see the other listings by clicking on my profile * This is the front unit in a 1950’s building, and we are in the city, so some noise is possible * We are situated above the street so there are stairs to the entrance, and internal stairs between the floors * Please see floorplan for an idea of the lower level layout This is a no-smoking property (including outdoor areas, and vaping) because we are in close proximity to neighbors. We ask that guests keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, and parties are not allowed.
