The cottage is located next to Sunset Marina and just minutes to Gleneagles Rec Center & Golf Course, as well as Caulfeild Village. Our cottage is just 25 minutes from the top of Cypress Mountain, and 75 minutes from Whistler Resort!


Built for enjoying the ocean rather than luxury finishes, this is a traditional West Vancouver waterfront cottage with timeless charm. Years of exposure to the sea have left some cosmetic signs of age, but we take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and well maintained. If you’re looking for spectacular views, direct waterfront access, and an authentic West Coast cottage experience, you’ll feel right at home. The property is located on the water! There is a funicular to take you from the road down to the waterfront home. On the main floor is the living room with floor to ceiling windows with impressive views, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, and one bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one bathroom. A newly built deck overlooking the water makes for peaceful mornings and evenings with unbeatable views.
In the Winter, there is the possibility of the water pipes freezing and the home having no access to water as a result. This is the nature of the area here. If this happens, we will work with guests individually to reimburse them.
HOUSE MANUAL:
-the fireplace in the living room is not functional and has been decommissioned.
-There is room for two cars only in the parking area
-Please no shoes in the house
-Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. Please be respectful of our neighbours- any incurred fines will be charged to the guests.
-Any guests visiting in addition to those staying at the cottage are required to have pre-authorization by manager prior to stay.
-No smoking inside or on property
-Please clean up after your pet inside and outside.
-Children must always be supervised when they are on or by the water or using any watercraft.
-water access can be difficult from front of property, so please be cautious.
-Fire Extinguisher is in the front hall closet on main floor as well as at the top of the stairs, on the left, on the top floor.
