This was a beautiful home with an incredible view. Three bedrooms with a king size bed. There is a twin over full bunk bed located outside the master bedroom. One bedroom has two queens. This is the one that is accessible through the master bedroom. You can also access it by walking around from the front door. The rooftop grill area was lovely. Rosie did a great job of keeping the house spotless and the pool and courtyard area were also cleaned daily. Plenty of beach towels were available to use. The kitchen was well-equipped, but for some reason didn't have any oven mitts. Everyone absolutely loved the home and we would 100% choose to stay here again.

Beautiful house with amazing views, perfect for our group of 10 adults and young adults. Alex made planning our trip incredibly easy, taking care of everything from booking activities and transportation to arranging ice deliveries, sharing local recommendations, and helping coordinate every detail of our stay.At one point, we mentioned wanting our favorite beach drinks, and they showed up at the house less than an hour later. When it came time to leave, Alex also helped ensure our postcards were stamped and mailed and coordinated a plan for our final day. We had to check out at 11 a.m. but didn't fly out until 12:30 a.m., and he made sure we had a smooth, stress-free way to enjoy the day before heading to the airport, including luggage storage and transportation arrangements.The house itself is immaculate, well maintained, and exactly as advertised. Rosie was amazing, keeping the house spotless throughout our stay, cleaning up after our group, and even helping with laundry.One of the highlights of the trip was the wildlife. Right from the house, we saw three different species of monkeys, huge iguanas, and enjoyed morning visits from a pair of toucans. The views and daily wildlife sightings made the experience feel uniquely Costa Rican.Alex can coordinate virtually anything you need, making for a very convenient and relaxing vacation. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Manuel Antonio this a great option. The host Alex was very nice and helped out from the day we booked to the day we left. The housekeeper Rosie did an awesome job everyday we were there.
