The Space: Large four bedroom vacation home in Ocean City, Maryland that sleeps fourteen and offers a considerable amount of interior and exterior space. The living area features the living room with vaulted ceilings and a sleep-sofa, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and half-bath. There is a second large living room with vaulted ceilings in the rear of the home that provides additional living space and offers an additional sleep-sofa. The first bedroom is off of this area and features a queen-sized bed and access to the rear deck. There is an additional sleeping area on the first floor that features a full-sized bed. There are three bedrooms on the second story of the home. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed and attached full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and attached full-bathroom. The third bedroom features a king-sized bed, television, sitting -balcony and an ensuite full-bathroom. The garage has been converted into a cool game-room with a television, air-hockey and ping-pong, pool and foosball tables. The rear-decks and yard provide nice outside space that are great places to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or on the water. This home has been well-maintained and is in good condition. It is situated in the popular Caine Woods community that is more relaxed and less congested than other parts of Ocean City. Shopping, restaurants, amusements, water sports, community parks and more are all nearby. There is parking for three cars in the driveways and free street parking in the immediate area on a first-come, first-serve basis. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. License #86429 Cancellation Policy All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time. Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.
