We had an absolutely wonderful stay for Thanksgiving with our family of 12. Robert, our host, was exceptional in every way. From the moment we booked, he was readily available to answer any questions we had and provided excellent communication throughout our stay. The home itself was a dream come true for our Thanksgiving celebration. It was stocked with everything we needed for our cooking and feast preparations, making it easy for us to create a memorable holiday meal. The porch was the perfect spot for relaxation, and the spacious living room allowed for quality time spent together. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful, and we enjoyed the proximity to the playground and the annual Winter Fest of Lights. It was a great bonus to have these attractions nearby, adding to the overall charm of our stay. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating place to stay, with a fantastic host like Robert. It truly made our Thanksgiving unforgettable.

This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful home. Rob is a premier host, great at communicating with us before and throughout our stay. Our group loves the location, decor and attention to detail. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, or just a cup of coffee to take to one of the balconies to sit and watch the fish jump. Thanks, Rob for another relaxing weekend!

We enjoyed our stay, everything was just as described, we enjoyed our time the beds were comfortable, the space was open and bright, the amenities were working and perfect for our group! The access to the beach and being on the bayside was perfect for the kayaks!

Very nice place. Mr Knauer is an excellent host who responded quickly and accurately to my every request. Great place great location.
Only minor issue was the kitchen counter was a bit sticky when we arrived.
Highly recommend this for a large family vacation.

We had a wonderful week at Ocean City. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped to feed our large group and the back deck was perfect for morning coffee. We loved having access to the canal and enjoyed fishing and kayaking daily. The beach was convenient and we never had trouble finding parking. The location was close to shopping and activities making for a terrific week!

The house is perfect for large groups, very clean and the neighborhood is great. Perfectly placed near the action but not in the middle of it. The neighborhood was lovely with a fantastic park near by. Robert was the best host we've ever had for a rental experience. Next time we visit the area this where we will stay.

We had a great time in your beautiful home! Lots of games played on the big dining table! My son and his girlfriend got engaged on the beach! We had great photo ops on the beautiful deck...and OCMD weather did not disappoint! Thanks again!

Unfortunately our music festival was canceled due to weather but the house was perfect for our big family and we ended up finding plenty of fun things to do in the area and places to eat. The owner was also very responsive and helpful in sending suggestions for family friendly places and activities. The house was beautiful and there was enough space for everyone but mattresses were a bit firm in the bunk bed rooms. I would recommend bringing extra blankets or padding for these beds. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the location was beautiful.

More than enough room for 2 families with 5 small children. Robert the owner was great to rent from. Awesome deck and fun fishing and crabbing from the pier. Rooms are spacious and do not feel cramped. Considering it is bayside it still has easy access to the beach since it's right at the end of a street that has a traffic light on to coastal highway - you can literally see the house straight down the road once you cross over the dunes leaving the beach. Will stay again for sure.

A group of girlfriends and I stayed at this property September 8-11 and had an amazing weekend. Robert, the host, was very helpful and communicative the entire time. If I had any question or concern he responded almost immediately. The photos of the listing don't do this house justice. It is very spacious, clean, and updated. We all had plenty of room and would love to come back!

Our group covered three generations and everyone, grandparents to kids, had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house and the property.

We loved the house and location. My 2 year old granddaughter enjoyed watching the geese and ducks from the dock. With all of the chairs to bring, we took the SUV and parked by the ocean with no issue. There was a very nice playground nearby and we used one pool on the property. The food market was on walking distance and Food Lion was not much further away. Plenty of crabs and restaurants located nearby. Robert answered all of my questions and was accessible during our stay. I do wish that it had been cooler outside so that we could have enjoyed the beautiful deck more.

Wonderful family vacation
Beautiful bay home with all the amenities you could possibly dream of. Robert was amazing and so easy to keep in contact with. Such a relaxing and home away from home-loved the back deck and the bedroom balcony was incredible for morning coffees.

Fall Beach Trip
Going to the beach during the Fall is serene! This Montego Bay house was about a half mile from the shore, which was awesome when watching the sun rise.
The house was nicely decorated and clean. Check-in and check-out instructions were provided. Robert was very responsive. There are two bedrooms on the main level, as well as a full bath, which was perfect for the grandparents! Everyone enjoyed our stay!

6 Guys on a weekend golf trip. Perfect spot for us. Clean, quiet, spacious. With space to sleep 9-10 guys with their own bed, this is an ideal house for a buddies golf trip. The owner was very responsive to questions.

Wonderful Women’s Weekend!
This is one of the nicest properties I’ve ever vacationed in. Pristine clean and still comfy. A spacious deck where you can enjoy a relaxing view with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The kitchen was well-equipped with a huge table and ready for family dinners or a pile of pizza boxes. Rob was a wonderful host, quickly replying to any questions. I hated to leave and I can’t wait to go back!

Took the family for a much needed rest. Rob was quick to reply and gave great recommendation for activities with the 4 kids. Trip was during Covid, and the cleanliness was top notch. The whole family enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset. Would recommend this place to any friends.

Memorial Day Weekend
We could not have asked for a more seamless and perfect rental for Memorial Day Weekend in OCMD. Robert was extremely communicative and even gave our group of 15 adults great recommendations on how to spend our time in the area. The house is very spacious and the open layout downstairs coupled with the bunk bed rooms allowed for our large group to live and sleep comfortably. The location of the house is perfect. The area is quiet and on the bay but only a short walk to the beach and short drive away from the main downtown area of OCMD. We just left and are already talking about our next trip here!

Great place for families
Enjoyed our fall stay. Inviting home with wonderful colors, great view and spacious deck. We enjoyed safe bike riding, strolls to nearby park, fishing and crabbing. The supplied crab traps were a pleasant surprise! One of the nicest places we've stayed.

Rob was great, super helpful and checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. House is super clean with lots of natural lighting and great appliances. Rent, stay, enjoy.
