Nestled in Ocean City, this charming house for $523 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. New, beautifully furnished and professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, three levels townhouse with garage located on the bayside in Midtown, Ocean City, just one block from the beach. This townhouse was newly built in 2015 and has all the modern conveniences, huge gourmet kitchen with granite counter and SS appliances, flat screen TV in every room, Xbox, cable, free wifi, professionally selected décor are just some of the few highlights. The home is in short walking distance to some of Ocean City’s best restaurants (Fager’s Island, Dead Freddy’s, Bonfire All You Can Eat Seafood Buffet, and Dough Roller), bars, shopping, marina, watersports, boat rentals, mini-golf and bowling. Secrets night club is also nearby. It is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, fully stocked kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster and central air. New outdoor pool with a pool house. There is also a new community boat ramp for your jet skies and/or kayaks. This home is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Everything was perfect at Beach Paradise! Easy check-in with clear instructions. Townhouse was spotless with beautiful decor. Everything we needed for a Girl’s Weekend at the beach! Had great lunch Harbourside Bar and Grill. Enjoyed fresh caught tuna and live acoustic music by the hot new acoustic duo: Lost Figures, covering Jack Johnson, Tom Petty, Violent Femmes and more! Tons of fun, check em out! Hope to return again someday… soon!

House was very clean. Very nice rental. Nicely furnished . Pool was to close on Labor Day and surprisingly still open. One negative, steps.. 3 levels of steps. Most bedrooms on the 3 rd floor. You’ll get a work out.

This was the perfect house for our group of 3 friends. Everyone had their own space and the house was a perfect location. Ice cream on the corner, beach down the block and a pool. The house had everything we needed and Bao was very quick to respond on any questions about check in. Would definitely stay again!

Beach Paradise II was a wonderful experience. There was plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and 5 children. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. It was a nice quiet community. We had room for 3 cars and had access to the garage which made life easier with all the beach carts and sandy items we could store in there. We enjoyed the pool which was a decent size and also very clean with a nice deck with plenty of seating. The beach was not far at all and the access on 70th street has a nice mat that leads over the dune down to the beach which makes rolling the beach carts very easy. The home location is excellent with plenty to do nearby like minigolf and shopping that we were able to walk to. We also enjoyed the all you can eat buffet called Bonfire which was also next door that we walked to. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Beach Paradise II and will stay again in the future.

Set up of the house was great with multiple families with small kids. Three parking spots was awesome. Pool area was really nice. The queen bed was apparently really uncomfortable, the full was okay, and the king was comfortable. The house was quite beat up needing patch/paint jobs. It was strangely equipped- They provided shampoo, etc. in master which was great, but there was no salt/pepper, terrible pans, things that are normally included in other rentals that weren’t here. Our group had considered it a successful trip and that we were happy with the rental until the owner charged us for a duvet that was not used by us had a burn mark. We were not asked about it at all just charged. This was especially frustrating after we felt like we, a group with multiple small children, took really good care of the place and left it really clean considering how many repairs it needed. Would have considered staying again until that happened.

We were a group of 4 men playing golf in OC and the house was fine for our purposes. We thought from the listing that there were 4 ensuite bathrooms. There were only 2 plus one shared full path and a "powder room"

Beach Paradise ll is a beautiful home. It is very clean and nicely decorated. There is plenty of seating areas, balconies and even 2 refrigerators.
It’s location to local restaurants was very nice and a short walk. Even the beach is just a block away.
Communication with Bao was great from the initial reservation onward. He answered any questions I had. Check in was easy. I would recommend this home for anyone, but, especially for those with multiple families vacationing together (sleeps 14).

Close to Ron Jon Surf Shop, ice cream, quick take out and mini golf. Jump on a bus ride or drive to the boardwalk. Two block walk to the beach. Such great memories made with families.

We arrived late and could not get the host to respond to our requests regarding which unit was ours (A, B, C or D). I had to try a couple before the code worked. The unit seemed in fine shape, except for rickety bannisters. When we started to unpack we noticed there were no sheets on the bed or towels in the bathrooms. I had to call repeatedly for several minutes before the host answered and informed me that no one in Ocean City provides linens or towels. He suggested I go to Walmart to purchase sheets/towels after I paid over $600 for one night's stay. After looking at several listings, it is accurate that not many hosts offer linens and towels. In what universe is this acceptable??? How many people have stayed at this property, sleeping in beds that have no sheets? We all know the top covers are never washed, but now we know that they are much more filthy.
They said they "explicitly" note that they do not provide these essentials in the listing, but I had to go back to the listing and find mention of this omission at the very bottom of the details. I stayed at four different VRBO properties on this trip and gave the others 5 stars. I love VRBO and use them often, but no linens or towels?? Come on. How about we put that at the TOP of the details? I'm actually disappointed that VRBO does not make hosts visibly declare that they do not provide the basic items a renter needs. I LEFT AND BOOKED TWO ROOMS AT A HOTEL for my family. I guess I'm weird that I don't travel with six sets of fitted sheets, plus towels, with my family.

My family and I were not able to travel to Ocean City, MD or stay at this property due to a winter storm on Jan 28-29, 2022. there was a travel advisory as well as police were not allowing travel into the city limits were posted. We were traveling from WV and Texas. Gov. Larry Hogan also declared a state of emergency and mobilized members of the Maryland National Guard because of the storm.
The property manager/owner refused to refund the 1 night stay even though it was declared a state emergency. We didn't want to cancel, we were forced to cancel. I'm very disappointed and will not use this house or property management in the future.

Accurate Listing
We, group 8, enjoyed our stay. We did include the package with linens and towels, which was ok. Be prepared to make each bed if you go with this option. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans, plates, utensils, and cups. It was enough to make breakfast and dinner for a large group. The house is in good condition, especially the bathrooms. The property managers were prompt in their response and met our expectations. I would definitely suggest this location.
