About this house rental
Completely rehabbed property inside & out for 2023! Beautiful views of the bay, incredible sunsets, plus access to the bay for kayaking, or just enjoying. Two spacious decks accessible from the main and 2nd levels. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse with a full size kitchen, living area and game/loft space. Sleeping for 14 people. This is NOT a condo. Can't wait for you to see this one!! Beautiful décor, fireplace, 2 parking spaces in lot, new furniture and mattresses!! Close walking distance to the beach, and restaurants! Our home has everything you and your family should need on vacation! We're working hard to get this one ready for summer. be sure to read through the full description of the accommodations before requesting a booking... we want to ensure this is the right fit for you, and you have everything you need!
***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE***
1) Please note the 25 or over min age requirement. By agreeing to terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements.
2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind.
3) This is a 3 story townhouse, 1st floor access. WATER FRONT. 2 assigned parking spaces.
4) Please note the sleeping arrangements!! There is one bedroom with a King bed; one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a full bed, one "bunk" bedroom with 2 twin over full bunks and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. This accounts for 11 beds for 14 people. We will allow 16 occupants, 2 people may sleep on the sofa in the living room.
5) Owner does not supply linens (bedsheets, towels, etc), please bring with you. You can contact Ocean City Beach Towel and Linen Service if you would prefer to rent these items as opposed to bring them. Here is there website: https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com. There are prices listed directly on their website.
6) During in-season vacations we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. You are welcome to stop by to see if the cleaners are complete and if so, you may check-in. You are also welcome to contact me if you see the property is NOT booked the previous day to extend your reservation.

Staying at Debbie's beautiful home was much more than what we expected. We were a large group, and I was a little concerned that we might feel crowed, but that wasn't the case. The home's layout was so ideal for multiple families. We never felt that we were on top of each other. Having the 3rd floor open area gave the kids their own private area where they had a blast chilling, playing video games or watching a movie. That gave the adults the main floor for us to chill and relax which was nicely decorated and spacious. The large deck off the main floor was the crown jewel. Watching the sunset was a wonderful treat each day. The deck got used the most. It was large enough to accommodate our group with everyone feeling that they had plenty of space to relax, eat dinner or sit at night and star gaze.The home was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals as well as plates, utensils, glassware, etc. And finally, Debbie (the host) was so responsive any time I reached out to her and made me feel very welcomed. She was thoughtful, kind and she really wanted to make sure that we were having a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this Ocean City home to anyone.Thank you again Debbie for a fabulous trip.

Our girls trip was fantastic. This townhouse afforded us the rest and relaxation we were looking for in a waterside home. Check in and Check out was easy. The home was clean, inviting and a great entertainment location. The host was professional, accessible and had communication. We would definitely rent again.
