Home was great for 7. Inside was clean and spacious. Pool suited our needs for the kids, it was not dirty but the hot tub does not hold water from land settling and the pool cracked. Minor repairs were done to pool but it stays a few inches low. TV started with a black line but power off and on a lot and eventually it worked the rest of the trip with no issues.

It was good.

This was a great place to stay before leaving for our family cruise. House is located in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to a shopping area to get any forgotten items before our trip. I have 2 more trips planned this year and if available would be willing to stay here again. Thank you.

The house overall was nice, however the housekeeper definitely takes short cuts while cleaning. The backyard is overgrown and the screened in pool area could use some power washing. The one slider door handle was broken and the pool/hot tub definitely has some kind of leak- though the kids didn’t mind. The furniture was not comfortable at all, don’t plan on sitting down to watch a movie you get sucked into the couch that no longer has springs and need assistance get out. That being said it served its purpose…. But, it would be so much better if the owners or property managers put a little more effort into maintaining it.
