Nestled in Titusville, this attractive house for $249 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Titusville is a hidden gem located in the Space Coast of sunny Florida. T'Villa is a private 3BR/2BA pool house in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located to everytrhing. 35 minutes to Orlando Airport, 1 hour to Disney, 45 minutes to Daytona Speedway, 15 minutes to the Canaveral National Seashore, 10 minutes to Port Canaveral, 1 mile from the very best space launch viewing around. Patio has dining table for 8, additional; dining table for 4, sectional couch, gas grill, 4 lounge chairs. Wireless printer, Pack-N-Play, Extra Large Dog Kennel and bowls. King bedroom had ensuite bathroom. Smart TV's in living room and every bedroom. Please note: we want to ensure that you have a safe, wonderful and private time at T’Villa. Located in the window of the outdoor shed is a security camera that is focused on the pool. The camera is disabled while guests are at the house. The only time that the camera is accessed is when there is an impending storm and the house is empty. A previous storm blew off part of the solar heating system and as the pump turned on it started emptying the pool. If you would prefer, you can tape paper in front of the camera lens during your stay however please remove it at your departure so that we can keep an eye on the pool while the house is empty. This home is a great location as Kennedy Space Center which is within a 15 minute drive. Plus the home has a great indoor pool which we enjoyed everyday. Property owner was very helpful when we had questions. In addition, Jeff provided us with the rocket launch schedule so we wouldn't miss a thing!

Beautifully appointed property with a beachy vibe. The pool invites you to lounge all day and the surrounding city beckons you to explore! Great house with everything you could need! Nice little coffee set up in the kitchen with a selection of coffee, sweeteners and creamers add a warm touch! Plenty of bonuses like a nice Bluetooth boom box and Smart TVs so you can access your own streaming services and watch what you like. Thanks for a great escape Jeff & Eric!

I stayed here last week with my daughters and a family friend and her teen. The 3 kids were attending the Kennedy Space Center summer camp. The house was perfect for our needs. Spacious, good air conditioning, clean. The patio and pool were great fun and there were nice float chairs to use and a water football. We borrowed beach chairs and boogie boards to go to the beach. Jeff was the perfect host. Very responsive and communicative, he informed us of an upcoming spaceX launch we weren’t aware of and the best place to view it which was very cool for us moms to see while the kids got to see it from the Space Center. Our departure flight time was delayed by a few hours a couple of days before we were due to leave and he graciously allowed us a later checkout. Would highly recommend a stay here, and will definitely book again if we come back to the area.

The perfect place to spend the winter. Close to everything one would need to buy. Close to the golf course and not all that far from shopping in Rockledge or Merritt Island.

If you don’t want to be in the middle of the madness of Orlando or the beach strip then this place is perfect. Nice pool, plenty of space and pretty much everything you need in a house. Easy drive to Cocoa Beach Canaveral or Orlando. Just a few minutes to the stores if you need to pick up a few groceries for your stay. Definitely recommend this place

Usually, places are pictured better than they are on the rental listings. Not here. Pool was great, decorated well throughout the home and very clean. Host is very easy to reach and very friendly. This will be our go to on the East Coast when we visit our friends there.

So much thought has been given to making your stay enjoyable...outdoor seating, indoor gathering areas, games, and the pool was our cherry on top! Thank you to our hosts who were awesome!! We return to Titusville yearly to visit family and this house made our stay easy and comfortable. This year our daughter, son-in-law and new grandson joined us. The house was perfect for us all. We had everything we needed, including a pack 'n play for the baby. The kitchen was stocked, plenty of towels for the bath and pool. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The owners even provided an extra trash bin (bins full from prior guests.) There were camp chairs and boogie boards for our beach trips and a thermacell to help keep the mosquitos away. We saw a family of Sandhill Cranes roaming the neighborhood and were lucky to see a SpaceX launch. Thank you for sharing your home.

We really enjoyed our stay at T-Villa. It’s location is about central to so many places and the host (Jeff & Eric) are the best. They have thought of everything in this home. We had all we needed to enjoy a week in FL. When we return to this area we will absolutely stay here. By far one of the best houses we’ve stayed at and the best host. Thanks Jeff for all your helpful advice and we hope to be back again.

My sister and I stayed at T'Villa, after narrowing down a few other choices in the area. I can tell you we DEFINITELY made the right choice! This house lacked NOTHING and was super neat and clean!!! Though we didn't use the pool, it certainly was a nice bonus and we did enjoy the nice patio! It had everything we needed to feel right at home, and we were able to bring my German Shepherd as well, which was important. We met the neighbors as well, who were very nice. We were close to so many things, and within an hour of so many other amazing places in FL. Jeff and Eric, THANK YOU so much for sharing your exceptional house!
