Inter Artes Prestige House and Luxury Suite

Host di una gentilezza imbarazzante..struttura con ottima posizione per visitare la città. Il ristorante vicino dove abbiamo mangiato(era compreso nel prezzo) ottima cucina. All'arrivo abbiamo trovati calici freschi di prosecco. Per colazione è stata portata una torta di mele appena sfornata buonissima..😍.

La mancanza della tv. ..ma guardando in seguito non c'era infatti nei servizi anche se avevo dato per scontato

Palazzo storico di Viterbo adibito a b&b. Arredato con cura dalla proprietaria, quasi a voler far rivivere il clima di un’epoca ormai lontana. Cura in ogni dettaglio. Locali e negozi della Viterbo bene letteralmente dietro l’angolo. Tutto top. Consigliato a chi vuole immergersi in una esperienza diversa dal classico b&b per passare la notte e basta.

L'accueil ! Être accueilli par le propriétaire est de plus en plus rare. Dans ce cas précis Barbara m'a accueillie comme une amie et non une cliente (apéritif, tarte maison). Elle m'a même raccompagnée en voiture à la gare le jour de mon départ. Proche de la gare porta Romana e à deux pas du Corso Italia, idéal pour se déplacer. Logement avec tout le nécessaire, en symbiose avec le centre historique. Idéal pour passer quelques jours hors de son quotidien.

Quirky is probably the word. Certainly one of the most unusual places we’ve ever stayed.

Hate to leave any negative reviews but I have to call out the parking situation. This place advertises ‘on-site parking’ but it really doesn’t have any. For a start it is extremely difficult to navigate the exceptionally narrow streets of Viterbo to even get close - we spent ages going round in circles trying to find it. Once we got there (never would have if the owner hadn’t walked out to find us!) the car was too big for the single garage (the owners one car garage) which can only accommodate a 4m long car (ours was about 4.2m so no good). Then we had to drive out again and find a normal car park and walk back in. Only took 10min walk so why not be honest and say there is no parking available in medieval Viterbo and just park outside which is free anyway. We wasted at least an hour mucking around with all this. Apart from that it’s a strange place although very central. Spa bath is an incongruous touch in an old medieval building but quite cool. We didn’t like breakfast but probably our mistake for requesting an Italian breakfast without knowing what that meant - basically 3 types of stodgy cake and some biscuits. Not what we were hoping for! Other reviews do rave about this place but it was a bit disappointing for us.
