Good size apartment and balcony with all necessary equipment. Comfortable bed, quick and secure elevators, good sized tv, lovely cafe restaurant, pool, gym, off street parking and building security. The person looking after the apartment was interactive and attentive. Tram a couple of minutes walk. Great standard and dog friendly.

The apartment was well presented. Excellent décor - everything that we needed was contained within the unit.
1. The air conditioning was not functional - J4 fault indicated on display.
2. The entertainment system remotes were not charged upon arrival - making it a little difficult to work out what remote controlled what.
3. The fob failed on the first and second day - if they are not used frequently they require recharging.
