Self catering. Location was excellent . Nice little beach area at the front.
There was a problem with the safe but they rectified it immediately. There was plaster coming off the wall due to a minor leak which was being repaired when we left the property and didn’t affect our stay.

Property is on 7 mile beach, although most of the beach has been washed away, they have beach chairs on the little beach there is. It was nice sitting that close to the water! Other beaches that are great for swimming and sun are close by. The pool and the pool area are very nice. Local restaurant across the street. Hampton and Marriot next door for additional restaurants and drinking opportunities. Nice view of the water from our enclosed screened porch. Condo has 3 bedrooms. The largest and I thought the best room is adjacent to the porch and the living room. It has a queen bed in it with a large TV. The room has 2 doors, one is a regular door and the other is a barn door. No lock on the barn door, if privacy from children is needed, one of the other rooms has a king bed and regular door on it. The condo was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend it! Also the kitchen had everything we needed plus more.
