The location was perfect, close to the CBD and the key areas I wanted to visit/explore. There was a swimming pool and common chill out palce at the roof top plus a gym. Very good views from my room as well
The delay at the reception as I think there was poor communication for handover of keys, the 1st contact too provided in case of a delay was not aware of my booking - was a wrong contact
