I suggest this 100% villa, very clean , very clean pool and the rooms are amazing , the staf its so friendly. I will come back to this villa for sure, the location was good 5 minutes from the center, and the best prizes for that villa.

Gute Lage in Gehentfernung zum Hafen, Zentrum und zu einigen Stränden. Schöner und sauberer Pool mit Blick über die Stadt. Gutes und gepflegtes Gebäude mit Potenzial. Gute Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen und Mikrowelle. Netter Kontakt.
Fernseher defekt (das hatte schon ein anderer Mieter bemängelt). Wasserkocher defekt. Wäscheständer kaputt. Kein Bettzeug für 4. Person. Sehr, sehr wenig Geschirr (bspw. 1 Frühstücksteller oder 2 große Teller für 4 Personen), Besteck, Gläser und Töpfe (ein einziger Topf, der extrem groß ist). Geschirr nicht nur viel zu wenig, sobdern auch komplett zusamnengewürfelt. Sauberkeit in der Küche grenzwertig. Im Schlafzimmer ein großes ubd ein kleines Bett, dadurch sehr eng. Großer Kleiderschrank mit Kleiderstangen (Regalböden nur ganz oben, die voll waren), aber nur 4 Kleiderbügel, so dass kaum etwas im Schrank untergebracht werden konnte. Keine Infos vor der Anreise bzgl. check-in und niemand vor Ort bei Ankunft. Bilder vom Pool vermitteln Gefühl einer größeren Größe des Pool-Bereichs. Verantwortlichliche Person war nett und immer erreichbar, aber hat nichts unternommen, um Mängel zu beheben.
Eigentlich eine schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage, aber ein paar Mängel, die einfach zu beheben gewesen wären, was aber nicht getan wurde.

It was alright enough for a night or two, but you can do better in Sarande.
First off, it really is up a bit hill. You'll read that on other reviews and not think much of it, but it really is something to consider. Especially in the heat.
Also, the private pool isn't a private pool. It's private to the property, but the people in the other units use it too, so it's not private to your party.
The host doesn't contact you to tell you anything about checking in either, you have to chase them. There's no signage or anything on the property, so you're not entirely sure you're there when you're there.
So, the room. It's basic, but has enough to get you by. However...
- the bed is uncomfortable. So are the pillows.
- The curtains are threadbare, so the light pours in first thing. If you need it dark to sleep then forget it. Other units had shutters on the outside of the windows, not ours.
- The Aircon is really weak. Really weak. Just leave it on during your entire stay, don't bother turning it off.
- There are bugs everywhere. Especially between the bedroom and bathroom where the door jam is coming away, there's plenty in there. So they're all over the apartment.
- The bathroom is like a wet room, so you have to get plenty of towels down otherwise you'll go flying when you step in, as I did.
Having walked around Sarande by the port and where everything is in the centre, I'd have stayed down there if I had my time again.
Oh, and taxis are really expensive. So if you're thinking of getting around in them during your stay, then bear that in mind.
